Very nice stay!

We had a very nice stay in the house boat and overall a lovely experience! Our host, Edyta, was great! A few minor details can still be improved: some smell from the bathroom, especially when it was raining outside. It was also a little difficult to get the right mix of hot and cold water in the shower, and the mattresses in the main bedroom were a little hard. We would like to return, and if that´s fixed I´m sure I´ll give our next stay five stars!

Ich hatte das Boot für 7 Übernachtungen gebucht Check-In verlief reibungslos und freundlich.Nach Übergabe mussten wir eine Kaution in bar bezahlen und den 2 Seitigen Mietvertrag unterschreiben,hätte ich im Nachgang besser lesen sollen.Hier ein paar kleine Auszüge:-Das laufen und springen auf dem Boot ist verboten--Es ist verboten Fisch im Boot zu bratenusw.Wir suchten dann als erstes den in der Anzeige angegebenen Whirlpool, leider vergeblich.Das Boot besitzt keinen.Zugegeben habe ich auf dem Steg geraucht, was auch verboten ist. Das wurde auf den Überwachungskameras gesehen, welche auf dem ganzen Boot verteilt sind.In der ersten Nacht begannen dann technische Probleme welche ich meldete, in der zweiten Nacht das Gleiche, meine Familie hat zeitweise im Auto geschlafen.Es wurde keine Reparatur durchgeführt, sondern uns die Schuld gegeben.Das führte nach 2 Nächten zu unserer Abreise, schade.Geld bekommen wir auch keines zurück, steht wohl im Mietvertrag.Aber schönes Boot.Thomas aus Bayern

Hausboot mit Panoramablick

Edyta und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Sie sprechen hervorragend Deutsch, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und heimelig. Der Aufenthalt in der Arka 1 mit dem Panoramafenster zum Sonnenaufgang war einfach nur der Hammer. Klein aber fein - für 2 Erwachsene mit zwei Hunden genau die richtige Größe - auf Wunsch immer frische Handtücher und auch in der Mitte des Aufenthaltes wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Immer frisches Wasser vorhanden, da guter Kommunikation fehlte es an Nichts. Bewachter Parkplatz. Superschöne Dachterrasse und die empfohlenen Restaurants waren lecker. Besonders die Cantina. Ostsee fußläufig flott erreichbar. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Partymeile weit genug weg damit sie nicht stört aber auch nah genug um per Fuß oder mit dem Elektrotaxi erreichbar zu sein. Auch die Ausflüge mit dem Tretboot waren selbst für die Hunde interessant. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen dieses Erlebnis unbedingt weiter :) Nochmals großes Dankeschön :)

Wunderbar erholsam

200 Meter weiter bunter Touristentrubel mit allem, was manch Urlauber braucht.. ab dem Bootssteg und im Hausboot taucht man dann in eine ganz andere Urlaubswelt mit seichten Wellen, Entenbesuch, weitem Blick über den See und neben dem Wellenrauschen der nahen Ostsee.. herrlicher Ruhe. Die Ausstattung hat alles, was man braucht und ist modern und liebevoll ausgewählt. Rausfahren kann man mit dem Hausboot leider nicht (verständlich, dennoch schade.. eines der Bilder vermittelt den Gedanken, daß wäre möglich). Zu viert haben wir uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke
