The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom. Front desk was very pleasant and check in was easy. The location was a block from the castle and a short walk from
The square. Highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast place on the corner. Loved this hotel

A nice hotel well located on the edge of the Old Town and within easy walking distance to most places of interest, bars and restaurants.
Very clean and probably renovated recently. Nice to have the options of freshly cooked eggs, etc at breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean.
Across three nights bedlinen and towels were only changed twice. Apparently its not automatic and there was a button we were supposed to press?
Staff very pleasant but maybe clearer instructions in room or at checkin would help.
Overall a good stay in a comfortable hotel.
