Welcome to a gorgeous vacation unit near Huntington Beach, California. An amazing with spacious open floor plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a nice living room. Your whole group will be easy to access to everything from this centrally located place as Little Saigon, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and much more. This place is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, amusement parks, and many other entertainment places.
This is a main unit of the multi-family home with fully furnished (not including the garage and backyard). The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a spacious kitchen. In the living room, there are TV, sofa, a ceiling fan, and a football game table. An open floor-plan kitchen with completed cooking utensils, pots and pans. It is connected to a large dining room. Guests may enjoy coffee and view the street from the front porch. Guests are free parking on the right side of the front yard; it can fit for 2 cars. This unit is an ideal place to stay for family vacations.

Perfect home base for Baseball road trip

The property was clean, spacious and centrally located for our baseball road trip to Dodgers, Padres, and Angels games. Air conditioning was welcomed after long day at the ball-park. We especially enjoyed the foosball table!

Nice Place on a Busy Street

Nicely furnished unit as part of a duplex. The host was communicative and overall location was great because it is central to many tourist hotspots. The only issues were 1) it being on a relatively busy street (so bring ear plugs!) 2) the neighbors were a bit noisy (again bring ear plugs!). Otherwise, the place is great for a family trip. Air conditioning was cool and the beds were comfortable.

We just stayed here overnight as we were in town for a baseball game. The house was clean and ready for us and the host made the check in time two hours earlier which was great. Overall the house met our needs for the short time we were there.

Great House…Family Friendly & Safe!!

Great location to visit amusement parks and close to freeway so you can get from city to city… We drove in from Arizona and the ease to check in, multiple rooms for our family were such a blessing! We would definitely book this vacation home again!

Disney family trip

Since we live an 1.5 hours from Disneyland and visited both parks for 2 days. Staying closer to Disneyland was a good choice. The house was very clean, it was on a busy street but we only slept there. But was comfortable for us all.

Lunar New Year vacation

The house was equipped with everything need for the home. Spacious and roomy for my family of 6. Parking was limited to 2 cars but alot of street parking.

Good Experience as a guest

I came with my family from Canada and we really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property description was accurate and very clean. The host was friendly and very responsive. I would stay at this property when next I come visiting and also recommend this property to any one or family .

SHORT STAY AND LONG MEMORY

The place was very nice, best located, and perfectly fit our 5-night activities. It was clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few mins driving to dozens of restaurants and stores. Vannie's responses were promptly and provided the straight answer that led to saving our time. We highly recommend this place to a group that needs a small reunion.

Spacious with off street parking

Check in was very easy, and Vannie was very easy to communicate with. Every time I sent a message, I received a very prompt response. The property does have multiple shared walls, so keep in mind that you may hear the neighboring tenants from time to time. There was quite a bit of noise through the walls on our first evening, but when I let Vannie know, she said she would remind the neighboring tenants, and they were much quieter after that. The property was spacious, and had everything we needed to cook several meals. We also had fun playing foosball. The off-street parking for 2 cars was very nice to have!

Good location and everything is nearby which we needed. Easy to check in/out. Property management is very responsive. I wish the walls in between the neighbors were better isolation we can hear them talking. I would to stay at this place again if next time we plan to go down SoCal.

Great Place

Came out here with 2 work colleagues. Place is great and clean. Only recommendation would be for darkening shades. We worked 3rd shift and the rooms are really bright when trying to sleep during the day. Thanks Vannie for everything.

Good Stay

The inside of the home was very clean. The furniture and mattresses were new and very comfortable. I only wish that I had known before checking in that it was multi-family property. I was shocked when I heard them and they were walking outside of the bedroom windows (to access their house). It wasn’t a terrible experience, but shocking and wished I had been told before check-in. The neighborhood was in good proximity to food and stores and a good location for our commute to Long Beach. We ultimately enjoyed our stay Andi would recommend for a short stay.

Clean and communicative, but not a stay as listed. This is a multi family home separated by walls to these three bedrooms with other families very close. Good for a quick stay, would not choose for families.

Cute, clean stay in good neighborhood

We stayed here to visit Disneyland and were comfortable for two nights. The drive to the park was easy and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The interior is in great condition and is well appointed. Linens were good quality and clean, both in the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The house exterior was closer to the surrounding houses than we expected based on the pictures and we were unaware the parking area was shared, but neither were problematic during our stay. The master suite was difficult to keep cool without a supplementary fan we brought with us, but otherwise was comfortable. Our only complaints are the lack of heavier window coverings on the front of the house and lack of cooking and eating utensils. Overall 4.5 stars (though we can't give half stars).

Excellent stay, convenient location

I stayed here with my family and it was perfect, thank you Vannie for great accommodations. We had several older adults (70+ years old) and this was much more convenient than any hotel. There's a small private parking area right in front of the house and it was very easy for the elders to walk from the car into the house. This location will also be great for anyone with accessibility issues. The checking in process was very easy. We arrived at the house very late and it was convenient unlocking the two doors with a keypad. With the private parking area, along with two locked doors, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Several evenings we even walked around the area, and felt safe as well. The entire house was well cared for, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable as well. We loved that Vannie provided additional soft blankets for each bedroom. As Vietnamese Americans, the location could not have been any better. We are within 5 minutes (driving) of Little Saigon. All the stores and shopping we wanted to visit were only 5-15 minutes away, and that's with OC traffic. Several of our friends and family were also within 5-15 minutes away. We were so centrally located to everything. My family cannot stop raving about how wonderful the stay was. Anytime we are in the OC, we will definitely want to stay here again.

Overall good location and stay

I enjoyed our stay, however the person practicing the piano after 9 or 10pm at night was unexpected. Happened 2 different nights. At least they played well, and it didn’t last a long time. Walls between unit and other unit are not soundproofed, so we could hear talking as well. Guessing they heard us as much as we heard them, at least while in the kitchen. I was sure I locked the front gate into the court yard each day when we left, but on 2 different occasions when we came back the front gate wasn’t locked, or it could have just been me not locking the gate, but 2 times when I was making a point to ensure it was locked? I had watched a video of my house and my dog barked on the video (thin walls), so I wondered if they thought I had brought a dog and this may be why they checked the unit 2x. Nothing seemed out of place and nothing was missing. I felt safe staying there. Front door also has a mail slot which doesn’t stay closed. Slot is vertical, and not horizontal so gravity doesn’t help keep it closed. I would suggest the owner find a permanent way to keep it closed (command strip maybe). I understood there was parking for up to 3 cars, to park our ‘cars’, so I thought they would all be available for this unit to park in. We only had one car, but if you are going with a group and there are 3 cars, don’t expect to be able to use all 3 spots. Most of the days (5 of 7) there was a car in one of the other spots, and one day there were 2 cars parked on the right.
