"The hotel was inside the national park amongst a number of similar properties. It has a popular bar and restaurant which gets busy as it is also used by other hotel guests. The rooms are very functional no frills. Self check in is helpful although you will likely need to find a member of staff for direction to the lodges. Worth noting all non US residents have a park tax which is essential to enter the park and as this hotel is inside the national park it is not accessible without paying $100 dollar per adult to access. "

"Evergreen Lodge was a great experience. The vintage cabin we stayed in was decorated very cute. It had an Alexa set up and we played music on that. Everything worked well. The bed was warm. We enjoyed the stove as well and the view from our patio was very beautiful. We ate burgers at the restaurant-/ maybe a little overpriced, but expected. I enjoyed the hot tub that evening. It was a big , but quiet spa - very nice. We took advantage of the laundry facilities as we are on a three week road trip, which worked great, We highly recommend Evergreen Lodge "
