The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

Ac and king size beds were great. The bathroom seemed as though it had be renovated/upgraded compared to the rooms. The garden view made for gorgeous ambiance morning and night. The staff were extremely courteous

We forwarded our carry on luggages and check in luggages to Kyoto from Tokyo (we were only in Fujikawaguchiko for 2 nights and just packed enough for 3 days/2 nights in our backpacks to hold us over).
