Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. I would recommend requesting a riverside room. While you may not get a full river view from every angle, it is definitely a much better option than the rear-facing rooms. The breakfast was quite good with a nice selection of items. The only minor drawback was that refilling the food stations could be a little slow during busy periods. The hotel offers valet parking, and the process of retrieving our car was quick and seamless, which was very convenient. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have a swimming pool, so keep that in mind if that’s an amenity you’re looking for. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service, and I would happily stay here again.

I booked a night online but could not book a second night through the same app. I spoke with the front desk and told the agent that I was wanting to book another night, and if there was a cancellation to please let me know. Initially when checking in the agent said that he upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite, which is not necessarily for my dog and myself. We went out for dinner and I had a look at another booking app and I was able to book an another night. I went and told the agent that I was able to book and what would be the earliest that I could check in, move to the new room as we were upgraded. He said that we could stay in the same suite. This was very appropriated as I could continue enjoying the city being out and about. We came back the following day from being out in a super hot long day to find our things to gone snd the room had been cleaned as a checkout by housekeeping? I went to see the front desk and as what was happening? This was a mistake and I said okay, just have our things put back and my dogs veterinarian prescribed food out back in the fridge. They called me and told me that the items in the fridge were thrown out!!! I was so upset as there were so many signs that we had not checked out and that housekeeping should have double checked before removing my things. My dogs food is very important as I had to home-cook and add her veterinary prescribed food. This is a process and it’s not something that I can just go out and purchase on a whim.
