Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Whether it's a solo trip, or a group of up to 5 - our place has everything you'll need and more to feel right at home in Midland. Our central location offers plentiful activities nearby including:

Our space is a ranch style single family property with two bedrooms and one bathroom. One queen bedroom and one twin bunk room that has a twin bed with a trundle pull out that makes TWO total twin beds.

The living room has a 75 inch screen tv and a dual reclining genuine leather couch. So you won't miss out on game day.. Enjoy access to our fully equipped kitchen to make all of your meals in house if you so choose! A coffee station including travel cups, sugar, tea and coffee is provided, along with access to full size washer and dryer if you need to do laundry during your trip.

The house is secured with a smart lock deadbolt that guests can choose a four digit code to use during their stay.

Just in case you forget any toiletries, our bathroom is stocked with travel sized toiletries including shower essentials and spare toothbrushes so you won't get caught off guard without!

A very large backyard with a fire pit - fully fenced in!

The detached garage will be locked and not accessible to guests.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here while we were visiting my sister and her family in Midland. The house was exactly as advertised and we felt very safe and comfortable. It was a very nice place to relax after travel and a busy day. Thank you so much to our host!

Top of the line Rental, for a two day fishing trip!

Small but clean

Overall the property was great. It was well appointed with all the necessities and some creature comforts. It was super clean. It is small but we were really only there to sleep and enjoy a slow morning start while visiting family. The trundle bed worked for our twin 8 year olds.

Absolutely awesome!

The house was immaculately clean, Erica was ALWAYS available when I messaged her, and the neighborhood is quiet. Forgot your toothbrush? Shampoo? Coffee? Lol. She’s got you covered. Hands down the best host I’ve had to date.
