Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that.

The selection and quality of the breakfast astounded us. The staff was friendly, professional and made us feel very much at home. The room was beautiful. We regret not staying longer.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and views on the roof top were magical. Blankets and heaters were provided by staff on cool nights. Excellent location for first time visitors to Athens as staff were extremely helpful guiding us to locations of our interests.

Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. No normal greeting or help with luggage at arrival, hotel is a little worn, buffet at 25 Euro not worth it. Some of the fruit was canned and not fresh. Sunset was beautiful.

The staff is so kind, helpful and friendly that I have to commend them all! The room is nicely appointed with a modern setup and is very clean. Excellent shower! Breakfast was fabulous, esp. the yogurt and fresh breads. I would definitely stay again in the future
