  • NEW Game room added! Rent this centrally located single-family home in a quiet residential neighborhood just 1 mile from both of Newport’s most popular beaches and a 7 minute drive to the center of Downtown Newport.

    The home is super clean with an open floor plan. Brand new kitchen with open concept into the living room, new bathroom, new furnishings, & outdoor dining.

    We also include beach chairs and bikes for you to use!

    Centrally located just a short drive from Downtown Newport, the beach, and all of the great restaurants in Middletown and Newport.

    Parking for 4 cars. Includes beach chairs and we have a few bikes on site.
