I didn’t enjoy the group of young girls coming on the elevator and screaming. They actually scared a guest dog. They are very rowdy and loud.

The hotel rooms are spacious and offer the conveniences of home - our family of 4 was comfortable and appreciated having a fridge/freezer, microwave, & dishwasher. We didn't feel crowded in the room, which was a nice change.

Liked the room facilities. Most hotel don’t allow 6 people including children in a room. But it was perfect for our family. Breakfast time we had enough options and food was available. Really enjoyed staying there.

The heating was blowing on both beds in both rooms directly, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, considering there were no comforters only thick sheets on both beds, children might be sick in couple of days.I think in Miami we had comforters but here-nope you don't need it and outside was 25F. The recliner sofa was very uncomfortable and the microwave went off completely after I turned it on for a min. The breakfast contains no protein whatsoever if you're intersted in waffles and bagels they're plenty. The only okay thing was oatmeal which I was bottoming next day (they serve it everyday until container is finished). Stale dry fruts/nuts. I'd prefer try another place in the area.

We will be looking into the quality of breakfast items as mentioned but please note: our brand standard requires us to only offer specific breakfast options (this includes waffles, bagels, sandwiches, breakfast bowls, yogurts, muffins, juice). Additionally, we are required by the brand to have the duvets that were offered in the rooms (the comforters), in addition to the sheets as well. We will have a member of our maintance team address the issue with the heating in the room as well so thank you for bringing it to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future!

There was lots of kids running around at night slamming doors i could hear everything and the staff didnt do anything there was no respect at night. And the staff was eating first then the guest. There wasnt warm food i had to reheat everything.

Some good and some bad.
The staff was very friendly. The bed was very hard and seemed small for a queen. The room we had was adjoining with another room which had a door I was not aware of and the person next door coughed all the time and it sounded like they were in our room. The air conditioning/ heating was loud and cold air was coming from underneath which was right next to the bed. The breakfast was not bad. Most likely will stay somewhere else on the next trip.

Everything was fine with this property except for the two times we saw a cockroach. First in the woman’s lobby restroom and once in our bathroom. That is way we can give 5 stars on everything.

Not the cleanest or friendliest
This is definitely not the worst place we've stayed at. We stayed at a large chain once, that had cockroaches. This one just dirty tissues wedged in the back between the bathroom counter and wall, and someone else's hair on the wall. We would probably have just ignored all this and not bothered writing a review, but the front desk agent was rude and also wouldn't give us an extra blanket, conditioner, or dishwashing detergent. To be fair, we had already received extra bedsheets. But the flip side is that the room wasn't the cleanest, and we used extra bedsheets to cover up the sofa and chairs. Would have moved, but with little kids and at night, we were just exhausted. Also, that after speaking with her on the phone three times, we ended up having to go downstairs to pick up the items ourselves. We tried to avoid going to the front desk the rest of the time, because we didn't want to run into her. Because we booked via hotels.com, it was a hassle to cancel the reservation. We ended up leaving early, but still stayed here three nights. There was one front desk agent, though, that we eventually had to talk to - and she turned out to be super friendly and helpful.

We appreciate your feedback however given the conversation yesterday where it was mentioned that you "didn't budget for this amount of money" and you just found out that there is a "guarantee thing" we believe the alligations to be false, and upon review of guest interactions with our team on your arrival date, found evidence of this. In the future we highly recommend finding a suitable hotel within your budget that can accommodate your request for more than 6 sets of sheets and extra blankets, leaving none for additional hotel guests.

Hotel was a convenient location for our family trip. Check in was easy and rooms were very clean. All staff were friendly and hotel morning breakfast was included . Rooms had complete kitchenettes which were great. Everything helped make our stay memorable.
