Great location, cozy, comfy and cute!
We enjoyed our weekend stay, the apartment was just as listed with some nice added touches of fresh flowers, and treats left by the Owner. Perfect location, we loved the convenience in getting to the wedding venue and enjoying a run along the ocean and Cliff-walk the next day. Check-in and out was simple and Owner was available if needed. Everything was great so we didn't have any reason to but nice to know they were there!

Magic in Middletown
Great apartment in perfect location! I was in town for boat show. This place is located within a short drive or long walk (1/2 hr) to downtown Newport. Best value in such close proximity to everything.

Second stay in Newport
This was our second stay at Brad's and it was just as great as the first time. The property is nice, clean and cute and has everything we needed from boogie boards and a cooler, to utensils and extra blankets. The property is located within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and bars and bikeable to Easton's beach. Newport is only a few minutes drive, and it was cheap to uber if we didn't want to mess with parking on a holiday weekend. Absolutely great house and perfect location and one we'll probably stay at again next year!

Perfect getaway!
Prior to my stay, Brad helped me navigate Vrbo’s technical issues during the reservation process. He is a great communicator! The property is in a great location very close to restaurants and the beach. Inside the apartment, I really enjoyed the nautical decorations. It really felt like a beach house. I loved the fresh flowers in every room, even the bathroom! The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and stacked with necessities. The towels and bedding were very clean and smelled lovely. The street can get really loud at night and early morning, but if you keep the fan on that won’t be a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!

A Perfect Spot!
The place was adorable, clean and conveniently located, just as advertised. What we didn’t expect were the lovely touches; the welcome bottle of wine, chocolates, area maps, menu’s and a basket filled with all the little things you likely forget!! The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t even mind sleeping next to the wall!! This is a place I highly recommend, the stairs would make it tricky for an older couple or those with younger kids, but for us…it was perfect in every way! I would definitely come back! Thanks Brad! The location was perfect. The owner was most gracious and helpful. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. Our only negative was the steep narrow staircase. It was an attic apartment. Nicely decorated.

Great Spot
Everything was top notch. No complaints. Only thing to note is that if you are a taller individual, the ceilings are a bit low. I am 5’10” and was totally fine though. Excellent location and very clean. My girlfriend and I loved it and would definitely return.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was adorable. Everything was clean and available. Brad even left us a bottle of wine and chips for our stay. we got there on an unseasonably warm day. We contacted Brad and he responded and came over within 15 minutes to install the air conditioner. I would definitely recommend this place!

Spent weekend here touring Newport area and a family wedding. Clean and cute with all the comforts of home Great location near Easton Beach and the entrance to Cliff Walk Had a great dinner at nearby Atlantic Grill Driveway a little small but adequate Host Brad left us a bottle of wine and snacks upon our arrival Cable , wi-fi , air conditioning, all worked great with many extras ! Mother/daughter weekend from NYS. My mom is 84 and climbed all the stairs with no issues. (Last minute trip) The beach apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and all the extras so appreciated! The k cups, toiletries, and more. The lovely bottle of beach wine and snack were a lovely treat. My mom would choose the star it’s at 84 over any hotel. Location is great, near all beaches, we really enjoyed Second Beach and Beavertail Light and of course Ocean drive, Brenton’s Point my fave…We both thank you Brad for helping us make beautiful memories for years to come!

Cute apartment, great location!
Loved how easy it was to get to First and Second beach and walkable to great food as well as the Cliff Walk. The apartment was the perfect size for 2, was well-stocked and stayed nice and cool in spite of the heatwave. The bed was very soft and low to the ground, not an issue for us, but between that and the very steep stairs up to the apartment, anyone with mobility issues should be wary. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again!

Hidden gem.
This VRBO property is a hidden gem. It may be on a busier street, but the little outdoor seating, convenient location and cleanliness of this property make me very happy to stay here for the 2nd year in a row and to recommend to others.

Exactly what we were hoping for
Great location! Just over the border from Newport. Surprised by how much Middletown had to offer: Sweet Berry Farm, Norman Bird Sanctuary, 2nd Beach, etc. We also discovered parts of Newport that we'd been unfamiliar with. Although the property was on a main drag, it was actually quiet at night. Brad and his wife Michelle were excellent hosts: helpful and patient.

We like to walk so it was great that we were able to just park at the house and walk everywhere (beach, Cliff Walk, Tennis Hall of Fame, etc.) Located on a bit of a busy street but with A/C on you don't hear cars. The place is generally clean but the stove has seen better days. The welcome wine and snacks were a nice touch.

My partner and I stayed at Brad's apartment for a wedding in Newport over the Memorial Day Weekend, and it was a great location with a few walkable restaurants/cafes/bars, plus the beach <5 minute driving distance. Getting into Newport was a breeze as well.
