Cozy cabin, wonderful hosts, great location near the AT. Probably the most thoughtful host we’ve had, they’ve thought of everything from breakfast treats and extra linens, even dog treats.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Surreybrooke cabin was so lovely. A "shabby chic" oasis. The gardens were beautiful, and the wrap around porch was my favorite spot. There are 3 levels, so be ready to climb stairs. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to see in the area. The scones were yummy, and the cabin provided everything you may need. I hope to be able to come again in the future.

Quiet and cozy weekend getaway

We so enjoyed our weekend getaway! The cabin was a perfect cozy place for us. We especially enjoyed the large porch and spent many hours out there enjoying the scenery. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed. We would love to come back someday!

The cabin, the property, the gardens were magical. It was quiet and very peaceful.Surreybrook gardens are a site to behold and their shop has so many wonderful things at reasonable prices.Home made scones were in the freezer when we got there and supplied specialty teas were enjoyed with them. We are so grateful we found this cabin.

Went to some of the civil war sights and sight seeing hiked a few trails cabin is right near anything you could want for restaurants and shops but is far enough way from towns so it is very quiet at night spent every evening on the back porch enjoying the peace love the history of the cabin as well

Fantastic log cottage

Great Cabin

I brought my wife here for her 50th birthday and she enjoyed everything about the place. The cabin it's self is in excellent condition and is centrally located between many points of interest. We really enjoyed how peaceful the area is and I have not seen her this relaxed in a long time.

Wonderful weekend retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The scones left for us were delicious and there were lots of food/pantry items that were also there for use. The location of the cabin was convenient to the hiking we enjoyed all weekend, and the restaurants where we ate in Middletown were great. Would definitely recommend for a couple getaway!
