Shopping & Restaurants nearby. 10 Minutes from the Cincinnati Premium outlets, and close to Land of Illusion Haunted House experience in the fall, Christmas Experience in winter and Aqua Park in the summer. You will be halfway between Cincinnati & Dayton, about 30 minutes in opposite directions.

Great location to Oxford for graduation weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was as described in a safe neighborhood. The home was clean and comfortable with lots of extras. Good communication with owner. We went to our Grandson’s graduation at the University of Miami at Ohio in Oxford Ohio.

Adequate but not great

There were areas that were not clean, but when we contacted the owner they responded quickly. The front storm/screen was broken. No glass or screen. The hall bath faucet needed to be replaced. There were 4 senior adults in our group and the furniture was not comfortable. Couches sat too low making it hard to get out of. We brought lawn furniture in to sit on. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with cooking utensils.

Good Middletown Location

Location was good - close driving distance to everything needed in area. Home could use some TLC. Everything was adequate, but furniture is well used, beds were on low frames, blinds on sliding door were in pieces but curtain provided privacy.
