The second ( inverted living area) has a large new open kitchen with new appliances as well as a dining area. In addition, there is a nice bright open sitting areas with a long banquette with stunning views of the grasslands and French doors opening up to a rear deck. This is an ideal spot to sit for your sunrise morning coffee and have a breathtaking , peaceful view !
The living room has a two-sided gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and large ivory suede couch as well as a front deck that overlooks the commons with beautiful trees and a sitting area to watch the sunset
The elegant third floor hosts the private master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and more stunning views. The master marble bathroom has a double sink as well as a large shower.
Notable features include: king-size beds, big screen TVs, extensive crown molding, new wood floors, large capacity washer and dryer, parking, and your own extended driveway.
