Kings Island stay

We stayed here for my sons 14th birthday. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and this property was just perfect. The property is 20min from the park and has great amenities along with the beat comfiest couch ever. My son loved lounging on it.

We came to watch Cincy, tennis tournament. This house was perfect. only 15-20 in drive to the venue, very comfortable for our group of 6 ladies to get rest and get ready for next day

Beautiful Home and wonderful location

This home is exactly as depicted. It is roomy and comfortable and close to everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and nice! We hope to be back soon as we did not see enough of what the area had to offer!

Family visit

House was perfect for our 10-day visit by family of 6 (parents and four 16-21 year olds). Host had generally provided what was necessary and we had good, responsive interaction when something happened that needed their attention. Overall, given similar circumstances, we would stay there again without question.

My two kids and I had to travel to Ohio due to my mom‘s illness. we mostly used the house just to sleep in because we were with my mom most of the day. The home is very rundown and really needs some TLC. When coming into the house the back door was left open, which was a bit scary since we didn't get in until very late at night. The window in the Master bath was also open. I usually don’t take one or two bad reviews to heart however, I wish I would have. it looks like there is mold growing on the ceiling in the kitchen area. After staying a couple nights, my kids were having allergy issues and so I had them stay with my parents just in case it was the house and they were fine when they stayed at my parents. The beds need new mattresses. The master bed sinks you to the middle of the bed and my kids stated their beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen sink faucet isn't on correctly and hard to use. They also need a pest control to come out and spray. There are lots of small brown spiders all over the house. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe while there. If the house gets some attention this would be a fabulous rental.

Absentee Owners

This house is not what the pictures show. It feels as though it has absent owners that have not been on-sight for some time. When we arrived our biggest concern was an exposed outlet with no cover in which the coffee maker was plugged into. We reached out to the host and called the numbers in the welcome book to communicate the problem. They said they would have someone come by. After reaching out again, someone finally stopped by at 8:30 night. In addition to the outlet problem, the dishwasher was broke. It leaked on the floor when ran. The window in the kids room would not lock and had no screen. The one fire extinguisher in the house had already been used and was empty. There were multiple other smaller problems as well, including a broken kitchen chair, filthy laundry room, broken blinds, etc. There is also no garage access, although the picture does show a 2 car garage. While checking out, the neighbor was talking to us and said the reason their is no access to the garage is that it is packed full from floor to ceiling with misc. items. In the end, we only stayed 2 of our 7 nights. We checked out after our second night as it was difficult to communicate with the hosts and they were slow to respond. We found a safer place to stay. The house itself is in a nice neighborhood, and has potential to be a nice rental. However, it seems like the owners have not stepped foot in the place in quite some time and have no idea its current state.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

We had a great experience staying in this rental home. I was in a nice area with plenty of things to do in the local area. Communication was amazing with the host and were very gracious and timely. Would definitely recommend.

May stay

Looks like owner brought this house relatively recently. Former owners were very hard on it: minor drywall damage in most the rooms, one curtain rod broken, Etc. But new "hardwood" floor on the main floor and other updates were apparent. Spaces worked well for us and owner was easy to work with.
