"This home and property is beautiful! We loved listening to the sounds of the creek while sitting at the fire. The hosts were available via text and nearby if we needed anything. The property is located in a cute little town and near the Minnewaska SP, Wallkill, Hudson and local wineries and orchards."

"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."

"The home is small but sufficient. Who ever remodeled was rather creative. Most choices worked, some fell short. The master is large and comfortable. Super soft bed. The other bedrooms are small but serviceable. The biggest issue is that there is almost no where to hang or place anything. The shower definitely needs somewhere to put your things. Only the master had a closet, but even that wasn't very helpful as a sagging shelf prevented using most of it. Host was very friendly and quick to...

"Adorable little escape with added bonus of being on the lake and having a hot tub! Exactly what my husband and I needed to relax and reset! Host was beyond friendly and the house was clean. Would love to go back!"

"Our group of 4 adults spent 3 nights in Ezequiel's beautiful property. It was cozy, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the lovely, tranquil outdoor space, and we had easy access to the attractions we were there to visit (Mohank Nature Preserve, CIA -Culinary Institute of America, Storm King Sculpture Park, etc.). Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money."

"Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. "

"Sweet space, well-stocked and nice open living and kitchen area. We enjoyed watching birds eat from the bird feeders and a family of deer graze in the meadow and along the edge of the woods! The location was situated well for accessing nearby hiking and is not far from scenic Hudson landmarks. Excellent quiet place to relax and take things at your own pace."

"OUTSTANDING location! The views are incredible! Great outdoor area for a bonfire and family time! Hot tub! Grill! Not to mention the rooms are perfection with attention to detail. There is even a family room with a baby bed and play pen which was perfect for my daughter and her little family. (I don't like when you are in a house with nothing on the walls and it feels unlived in - this house feels loved and lived in!) "The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. "
