Beautiful home, beautiful location
Sable Blanc is an exceptionally well-appointed home located very close to beautiful Middleton beach, with stunning views that are totally captivating. The 'icing on the cake' is the fact that the house is pet-friendly, allowing for the inclusion of our all-important, beach-loving canine family members. Carolyn and Martin are wonderful hosts who communicate exceptionally well and are dedicated to ensuring the perfect getaway. We highly recommend Sable Blanc - it is quite literally a "breath of fresh air!"

Magnificent Sable Blanc on Newell
Magnificent house, view and position! Perfect for our teenage sons to invite their friends. Always love the fully equipped kitchen, makes for easy entertaining and of course we love being able to share our holiday getaway with our dog.

Sea views and relaxation
This was a great property for us and our 2 boys. It was well equipped, one street back from the beach and a great backyard for our dog who also got to enjoy the surf. Some places advertise a sea view but this was definitely one of the highlights of this location. The owners were fantastic with their communication and follow up.

Annual Summer Holiday
First time at Sable Blanc on Newell. Great location, views and layout. This well appointed house made for a very enjoyable experience. The convenience of linen and towels as well as Wi Fi being supplied were appreciated. Enjoyed every moment.

Perfect position, lovely home
We really enjoyed our stay at Sable Blanc. It's in a great spot to enjoy amazing views of the sea and sky, no matter the weather. So close to the beautiful Middleton beach. The house is perfect for a family (with dogs) with separate areas and places to come together. Clean, crisp but also homely. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway
Perfect beach views, sunsets, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Was great that our teenage boys could invite a few of their mates during our stay and was so good we could bring our furry family member. He loved sitting out on the deck too, watching some surfing action! Thank you for a very enjoyable beach holiday :-)

Great spot this holiday home sits in a short stroll to the beach and 10 min drive to visiting towns
The property itself has everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday. All the amenities, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen it’s all you need. Fabulous position to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, magnificent views from the balcony/house. We had a great family holiday. Carolyn is an excellent host and more than accommodating.

Great short beach break
This property is amazing and never disappoints. Well equipped and managed, it’s just a few minutes walk to Middleton beach. A beautiful area if you like an active few days at the beach.

Fabulous pet friendly Middleton beach stay
This is a clean, bright, spacious property situated just a few minutes walk from the beach at Middleton. It's well appointed, pet friendly, and the owners are very responsive. We have stayed here a few times before, and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay
Had a wonderful stay at Sable Blanc, the photos really do not do this property justice. Great views of the surf, perfect back yard for dogs, wonderful balcony, well equipped kitchen, high level of cleanliness. Loved the surf vibe throughout the house & the outdoor shower, perfect for washing away the sand & surf after a trip to the beach. Highly recommend for singles, couples, families & anyone travelling with pets.... the perfect seaside stay...

Middleton stay
This beach house was perfect for our family over the summer holidays. It had two living areas which was great for the kids. It was amazing having the entire top floor look out onto Middleton Beach. Walking distance to the beach and surf schools which made it super easy to have the kids to surf lessons. We all loved it.

Fantastic accommodation and close to beach
We had a great stay, everything was so easy from the original booking to checking in and checking out. The teenagers loved the short walk to the beach to body board. Accommodation was neat, clean and tidy. Everything we needed for a great Easter away!

Great place, great location!
Place was great! House was very clean, well presented, well equiped, great views and location. Photos don’t do this place justice, was very comfortable and the owners were lovely amazing people who were very accommodating. Beautiful home from home at fabulous beach location
We spent a week in this lovely home from home in Middleton and had a fantastic and restful time. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from lovely beaches and very conducive to taking long beach walks and cycling to Goolwa, Port Elliot or Victor Harbour. The property is exactly as described and well suited to a family with children and four legged friend.

Excellent dog friendly property for extended family or friends
We could not rate this property highly enough. The location is perfect, the beach views from upstairs are so good one is lazy to leave the house. The kitchen is tidy , clean and so well stocked with almost new pots, a large wok, a choice of pans, even a sandwich press and waffle machine. We had a fabulous stay with teenagers and their friends occupying the lower floor, enjoying their own TV and blue ray DVD player. They were very impressed with the warm outdoor shower and very large family Weber. Thanks for a great stay. Hope to be back next year.

Happy Holidays at the beach
A perfect location and a very well appointed property. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach with our 2 Golden Retrievers. Happy Hours daily, looking out through the kitchen window were delightful. We are very much looking forward to our stay at Christmas and enjoying the beach for boogie boarding!
