We are offering you 4 large bedrooms, two with ensuites and private outside entry. There are fantastic entertaining spaces with polished concrete floors. The cook’s kitchen has first-class appliances. There are comfortable furnishings throughout, as well as a lovely piano to enjoy. Bi-fold doors open onto a screened and gas-heated rear deck. Why not relax in the professional series swim spa, then enjoy the entertainment system while you rustle up a fun and easy dinner on the barbecue where there is also easy access to cool refreshments from the bar-fridge. The property also offers secure double garage parking (with a freezer for the fishing enthusiast), as well as ample space for a boat.

Middleton offers lots of fun holiday activities; most are literally only minutes from the house. It’s a five minute walk to the surf beach where there is a whale watching platform. Five minutes will also get you to the historic steam train that travels between Goolwa beach and Victor Harbour. Hop on your bike and in two minutes you’ll be on the bike-track that huddles the coast, and boasts many historic sites where you can stop for a picnic. Lastly, an easy one minute stroll will bring you to Middleton’s main street where there is art on display and for sale, a bakery, pub, grocery shops, restaurants, and a surf hire shop.
