All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.

Great location. Clean room. Nice buffet-style breakfast. But...The AC in the hotel was not working one night. Once it was fixed, as it turned out, my room's AC did not work either. I called the front desk twice and went to the front desk twice over the course of 48 hours before engineering was sent to check the room's AC. Then the tech showed up unannounced at 8am before my family was ready to let him in. Poor customer service ruined an otherwise nice stay.

Glad to see the Hotel is under new management. I have been staying here for over 20 years and the place looked great again. Had been on a decline for the past few years. Now there is a wonderful staff.
A very convenient location with the express IRT subway around the corner on Broadway.

The only reason I stayed there was distance to the airport and the fact the amenities listed a bar. The bar has been closed for MONTHS so unwinding with a drink and dinner on site is impossible. I can understand if they recently decided to close their bar but after months don't you think the amenities ...
