"Beautiful grounds, lots of birds and kangaroos. Excellent restaurant! Our 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable with a beautiful sun drenched balcony. The staff were professional and friendly"

"It’s okay for a Motel, clean and tidy (had booked a deluxe room). Cutlery and a couple of plates are in a draw which we only noticed when we left. One more thing that would be nice to have would be a microwave which the room was lacking."

"Very basic room as the photo shown on their website. However, the hot water ran out after one shower was not ideal. Service and free basic continental was good, but not fantastic. Maybe a couple of reading lamps and extra blankets for the cold night would be handy. New, basic, convenient location and rather firm mattresses. Fair value for the price you paid."

"Surrounded by a National Park with privacy plus. The only thing we couldn't seem to access was the internet connection from the main house and tried multiple times at that spot... but wouldn't accept the password we were given. But didn't worry too much as we had our music and boom box, plus was able to work out accessing the DVD's on TV. It truly brought us back to our times before we even had phones, and was able to catch up on our sleep and recharge ourselves in the magnificent grounds and cottage for the weekend. Thank you!!! "Our stay was a family celebration with 8 children ranging from 13 to 6 years old and 10 adults. Stonebarn is spacious and well designed for a large group. It provided a perfect environment for the kids to enjoy the indoor spaces (a favourite place being around the grand piano) and the beautiful outdoors (particularly the river access). Great for the adults with individual suites , relaxing areas and a large well equipped kitchen."

"If you plan on sleeping in past 4am you won't plus people in front balcony rooms smoke and the smell goes through the place, showers terrible and the beds not comfortable at all. Wouldn't stay again."
