"We enjoyed this cozy bed and breakfast. It's a great location - so beautiful! The staff was amazing - we had a meeting at LMU and were missing breakfast. So they packed us a breakfast and put it in the common area refrigerator for us to grab in the morning. It was also handy to fill our cups with ice water. "

"We stayed in one of the cottages..it was a nice weekend break..Staff was friendly & helpful at check in & check out..Also ate at the lodge (catfish & cheeseburger & salad bar..catfish was some of the best ive had & the salad bar was nice also.) Also had their continental breakfast was nice..eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles cereal, oatmeal,bagels, bread, danishes & drinks..Restaurant staff where very friendly & helpful also"

"The staff is attentive and helpful. The room is large and clean. Now the bad. Tv and wifi are a joke!! The TVs are so old you can’t stream on them. I constantly have to go to my truck to get proper internet access. This is extremely annoying and corporate doesn’t care from what I hear. This makes it impossible to consistently do work here.. Get into the 21st century please! I will not stay here again and suggest to anyone traveling for business do the same. If corporate doesn’t care about it’s customers then I will move on to someplace that does!"

"Our group had a great stay here! The place was clean and well-stocked, and the location was great. We appreciated that the living room has plenty of seating, the dining table is spacious, and there are TV stands and a nice game selection in the living room. We also appreciated the second fridge downstairs and the labeling in the kitchen which made it clear where everything goes.The host sometimes took a while to respond and the check-out guidelines were a bit confusing, but these were minor things and I believe the host is working on them.A few small things to be aware of (which may also be clear in the listing, but just fyi!): -The top floor/attic room doesn't have a door. -The house does not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap.-When the lake is low like it was during our visit--and especially if it rains!-- getting down to the dock can be a bit treacherous. This is a problem for nearly all the houses in this strip (not just this one), so just an fyi to be careful!We've stayed in a number of places in Flat Hollow and would definitely recommend and return to this one! "
