"Very nice accomodations. Has a large indoor pool and hot tub, and a breakfast that is so good - better than any restaurant we have stayed in. Nice outside patio, and an ice cream/pizza store right inside the hotel. We love staying here to see concerts at the Blue Gate Theater, which is just a walk across the parking lot!"

"My room was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not use the gym or the laundry."

"They had a “be back in 5 minutes” sign up when we arrived. They were gone WELL over 5 mins. We had to wait an hour for someone to check us in. We had to ring the bell multiple times, at least 5. Then the man who checked us in was rude, like he was upset we were ruining his “me time.” The elevator was broken which made it hard to bring all our items upstairs, & I am disabled. There was makeup on the bedsheets, confetti on our floor, and a sticky substance on our coffee table. There was barely any toilet paper in our room. There were very visible and poorly repaired patches on the bathroom wall in multiple places. The worst part though? Someone actually WALKED INTO OUR ROOM - keyed themselves in - and said “OH I THOUGHT THIS WAS EMPTY.” We checked out before the night was through and will NEVER rent from Sleep Inn in Elkhart again. $112 for ONE night and they couldn’t even bother to give us more than a few sheets of toilet paper - let alone clean the room at all it seems. Horrible Hotel. Do not suggest. "

"Changed our original itinerary to this hotel due to it having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and pool was ice cold. Shower water didn't stay hot and the way the room was set up couldn't see the TV.. Very disappointed with this hotel. Had to go all the way down to the front desk just to get ice also. Not at all what I was expecting. "

"Room itself was ok, I thought it was to warm, but my husband was comfortable. However there were ants all over the sink in bathroom coming up through the air vent hole!! That was disgusting!!!"

"The temperature in the hotel was around 50 degrees. They had no heat in the hallways etc. The staff was not friendly at all or willing to help other than one girl who gave me blankets. The pillows on the bed were yellow and stained. They have been in there a long time. The shower head was terrible. The smell was gross. The pull out bed had mouse droppings on it as well as stains and old gross dust. The floor needed cleaned. It was overall a rough few days. "
