"The room was clean. The area was quiet. The elevator had been out of commission and was STILL not working on the day we checked out. (We were there for 7 days, never saw anyone working on it) Being on the second floor was literally painful. No offers of help with the luggage when we checked in, although there was a sign stating that we could ask for help. They were short-staffed with only one lady at the front desk, certainly not going to ask her to drag the luggage up two flights of stairs. No rooms available on the ground floor."

"There was no breakfast. It was supposed to open at 6am and I waited until 6:30 but nothing came out. "

"We booked this hotel because of its convenient location and pet friendly. The hotel is clean but shows signs of wear. The breakfast was very good and plenty of seating. The room kitchen was stocked but the coffee maker did not work. All bath toiletries were good and used during our visit. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We were moving and Sonesta worked for us."

"I was a little disappointed that although I requested to pay at the front desk, they had already charged the credit card. However, the man at the front desk did reverse the charges. The breakfast is ok, not the best I’ve had, but not the worst. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Would stay again. ."

"Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Used the gym and hot tub they were fine but could have used better upkeep. Parking was easy. I ordered in (many options in the area on Uber Eats) but did not eat at the hotel restaurant. "
