"My password would not work for the Wifi. I spoke to the person at the desk and she said she could not help me. So I had no wifi. Not happy about that. "

"This mess was catfish. The room was traf.. tub filthy scared to use the bathroom it wasn’t giving what the pics was showing at all. I was very disappointed, I reserved a room with a king bed and got double beds and was told that since I booked with a 3rd party that it was nothing they could do and i basically had to keep something that I didn’t want. "

" The parking was easy and secure. The staff was exceptional - very welcoming and friendly. We had dinner each night in the restaurant/bar. Criana was wonderful. She made an excellent Passionfruit martini and was a wealth of information about the local area. We will definitely stay here when we're in the area again."

"It was great, except for our shower. The temperature dial didn’t work right. There was a gap where you couldn’t change the temperature until you turned it to blinding hot. Then you could turn it back. We shouldn’t have had to figure out, how to get a warm shower Plus the step down to get out of the shower was so high that I almost fell. For the rest of the trip I was afraid of our shower."
