"The property is older and feels it, but the view of the marina and the boats makes it all worth it. Saw a sea lion from the balcony the second I walked in the door. Breakfast was tasty."

"Was happy with my room being clean and comfortable. It was fishing season so the parking lot was particularly chaotic and parking was non existent. I am sure this is a fishing season problem. It just rubs me the wrong way to pay 250.00 for a room and have no where to park."

"The house was very clean, parking was great, kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. When we checked out we got to Seaside when I realized I had forgot some critical medication we turned and went back and realized we wouldn’t make it back before our 11 checkout time, I was panicking we called VRBO and the were able to get ahold of the host and they allowed us access to go in and retrieve my medication. I am so grateful that VRBO and the host didn’t hesitate to help. I would have loved to left a note in the guestbook but never found one."

"Great location to the marina, walking distance. Views are awesome! House has lots of room, clean for the most part some things need a deeper clean here and there. The listing is slightly off as far as bathrooms available, 2 full baths available all on the 3rd floor. 3/4 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one on the 1st with half bath. Kitchen is well equipped but if the house is full there is not enough dishes for multiple meals a day, dishes chipped, 3 dishwasher pods provided for 5 day stay. Parking is tight, it’s an alley to the parking spots/garage so big vehicles/trucks is very tight. Overall a great stay and would visit again!"

"Family reunion/fishing trip. Roomy, quiet, comfortable for 12 of us. Made great memories. The home was well equipped, comfortable beds and conveniently located. The weather was great and it was wonderful to walk and visit historical sites, learn about the home and catch some gorgeous sunsets on the wrap around porch with family members. We all agreed it was a 10 out of 10 experience!"

"This Hammond spot was the ultimate basecamp for our salmon fishing trip, offering epic views, a super clean setup, and a prime location right by the boat launch. We had an amazing time hitting Buoy 10, reeling in big fish, and hanging out on the deck at sunset.House Highlights:- Super clean: Very neat, tidy, and well-kept space.- Epic views: Huge windows overlooking the river and coast.- Great kitchen: Fully stocked for cooking up our fresh catch.- Gear friendly: Plenty of space to store rods and tackle in garage.Fishing Trip:- Perfect location: Just a minutes walk from the Hammond Marina.- Buoy 10 access: Fastest boat launch to hit the legendary salmon run.- Fish cleaning: Convenient outdoor area to prep the daily catch.We will be back!!"
