"Avoid at any cost. It's not a hotel but some kind of dormitory for local workers. No chairs, no hangers, no a single hook anywhere to hang your towel or some clothing. Never cleaned, unsafe and full of sigarete smoke everywhere. We woke up at 3.30 am from terrible noice because someone decided to slam walls/doors with a hammer for at least 15 minutes, then someone from the staff decided to do some very noisy cleaning around 04.00 am. "Ruken Konagi is a beautiful old building in a convenient location. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately there is no sound insulation, so you can hear everything that happens in the building - talking in the hallways, other alarms etc. Breakfast was basic, but acceptable. "
