Wonderful spot

Great place to stay - very clean, comfy bed, nice balcony and great amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Only problem is the wifi is slow. Other than that it's excellent.

Owners provide excellent customer service, nothing is any trouble. Comfortable rooms.Great location: wonderful walk along the river & out along the breakwater.

Cabin 5 (modern/retro) is yet to be fully refurbished, but it still was comfortable, clean and a little slice of peace with valley views. The hosts are so helpful and the bed very comfortable. The only tiny flaw was low shower pressure, which was no surprise being tank supplied. Just wash your hair another day! We will definitely be staying here again

Super friendly staff - very welcoming. This was our first glamping experience and we loved it! Clean and very well maintained holiday park. Stunning views and beaches. We would def stay again if we were passing through the area again.

A great quiet spot. Had to borrow a porta cot on the day as we forgot ours. Nothing was a problem. Our cabin was nice and close to the beach. Kids loved the play parks. The bed was super comfy! Think we will be back!

The room was spacious with everything you need, such a pretty place to stay.

This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. We had avoided this motel because the name has Hotel but what a surprise. Without question this was the best Motel room that we have ever stayed in. Decor, fixtures and the beds are equal to and better than some of the five star resorts that we have holidayed at. The Manageress was so obliging actually took us to our room and opened the door, a bit different to 'heres the key your room is down there'. She also checked later to make sure that we were comfortable and if we needed anything....

We enjoyed our stay very much. We then went onto a hotel up in the Gold Coast but had wished we stayed on at Emerald Beach. It has a pizza restaurant, coffee shop, a mexican restaurant and a bottle 'o within a minutes walk. The kids loved the water park, beach and the jumping pillow. We will return for a holiday here again.

The room was so comfortable and clean. There was seating out on the balcony as well as a lounge and a chair inside, so you didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed! the bathroom was clean and spacious with a wonderful big bath. Inclusions included hair dryer, iron & board and bath robes - I only used the hair dryer but I was so impressed with the others. from our balcony i could walk past the pool and out onto the Heritage River Walk, full of history on well placed boards, a very pleasant...

Great location. Spacious for a family. The only problem was being in a room so close to the pool meant we heard screaming all day long. The apartment was clean and we would stay there again- in a different room!
