Nestled near Lake Michigan, with a large heated private pool as well as a short walk to beach access, this bright and cheerful home is the perfect place to connect with family and friends! Enjoy the large backyard with half court bball/pickleball, bikes, fire-pit and nearby attractions like dune hikes, casinos, wineries, boat rentals, cafes, Michigan City Zoo & outlet mall. This home is a great choice for your family retreat. Relax, unwind and make great memories that will last a lifetime!



The Space:

This clean, well-maintained home has a comfy, cottage feel with modern features. Spend time at the beach and return for meals, bonfires and fun in the large backyard. Spend evenings on the large screened-in porch..

Access to entire house and property including, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two full baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, recreation room, garage, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Guest will have a pass to a private neighborhood beach that is located 2 blocks from the property.



Brand new large 16 x 32 ft private outdoor heated pool with electric safety cover will be available starting June 1st. Pool will be heated June through end of September.

Three generations of family stayed for a long weekend at this house. We all had a great time. House is maintained and has nice touches such as big comfy couches, a large screen tv, screened in porch, fire pit, and basketball court (all of which we used). Beach is about a 10-12 minutes walk, and is very nice. We plan to rent here again next year!

Great place to stay

the neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the home allowed us to spend some wonderful family time together. It's location and proximity to the lake was perfect. The property managers were both kind and helpful and quick to return and act upon any questions or concerns that we had.

Good house for a beach visit, an easy 10 minute walk down little-traffic streets, and the available wagon makes hauling beach stuff and a toddler manageable (there’s no parking at the beach). And the beach is wonderful. The house itself is a bit dated and not super-well maintained for the price. It’s a two story place with the main living area up a half flight of stairs from the front door, and the downstairs down a half flight so that the downstairs is basement-like with small windows. Which is fine since there’s only a bedroom and recreation/ tv area downstairs, but know that there’s little ventilation downstairs and during our visit it smelled musty so we slept only upstairs. Upstairs was fine. And the owner and manager were super helpful pre-visit.
