I love the breakfast and the lunch and dinner everyone was very helpful and attentive to my needs and my children’s.

5 days, July 2026. We loved the property. Beautiful, clean. Spacious rooms. Super windy every day and even had so much sand blowing on us, we couldn’t lay out one day. Beach had lots of seaweed. Water had even more of it, so we didn’t swim for more than 10 mins in the ocean the entire time. We picked wrong time of year I guess. Pools were great but close at 6pm. Fun foam parties. Food was good and bad. Sadly, the buffet was better than the fancy restaurants. Lots of kids at buffets. Italian was one room, super noisy and my husband knew to wear pants and closed toe shoes, but women were wearing booty shorts with middle skin showing and sandals. Didn’t seem fair. All the restaurants close at same time except Mar House on beach and coffee shop, so we ate there a lot. Bring an inflatable noodle float, glad I had it. Leave it for the next guests. I read great reviews on butlers, but was not impressed with ours. He didn’t check on us every day and he failed to make my birthday reservation even with 3 days notice. Golf was great, 5 minute golf cart ride, beautiful course. The sports bar and shopping center were closed, so no outside things to do except casino which is super small, so we passed. We never left resort except for golf. Highly recommend elegance club if only adults. And upgrade to the swim up, ground floor, so worth it! We had majestic jr. room and loved it. Overall, we liked it a lot. May try adults only resort next time. Food kept me from 5 stars.

Our butler name was Cristian Ortiz, he was beyond exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my family enjoyed our 7night stay. He made sure we always had everything we needed. For example the first night he went above and beyond to help us get a dinner reservation at a restaurant because my app was giving problems. He made sure that our room was well cleaned by house keeping he always checked to make sure they did a.good job and our room was well maintained, so when we returned back from our daily adventures we would feel so happy. I wanted to do tours on my trip and he made an appointment with a great tour company and there best representative. I wanted to know where I can get some souvenirs cause I wasn't happy with the ones I was seeing on my previous tours or at the hotel and he recommended a great place for me. He always made sure my mini fridge in the room was also stocked as well and whenever we called him for transport to the lobby and restaurants he sent transport for us immediately. Even after his shift or before his shift started he would check in on us and if we needed something and he wasn't on the facility he made sure we was taken care of . I needed a pharmacy product and he went above and beyond to find the product. He did everything with love and care.Because of Cristian I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely be coming again.
