Clean room, Nice interior, good breakfast

Nice hotel close to public transport. Plenty of parking on site.

Been wanting to staying here, having seen the great reviews, and I was absolutely happy with this stay. Staff were lovely, managed to get early access to our room and got a text it was ready. Room was very clean and spacious. Only thing to complain about is that, the parking was all taken out the front when trying to check in, noone was checking in so clearly patrons of the pub across the road had taken up the spots for guests to pull up to do a quick check in and move to the car park. We loved the coffee and dessert from Agostinis.

Clean room, clean and tidy premises, friendly, polite and professional staff, i used self check in and all went well apart from the machine not issuing me keys, but it was still very breezy to get my keys from reception as i did all the preliminary check in and pre auth at the kiosk to the left of reception. We didnt utilose the breakfast, but my kids used the pool, and although i felt bad for any poeple without kids at the pool, everybody at the hotel pool was so accepting of the school holiday influx of kids in the pool. We felt very comfortable letting our kids enjoy their time in the pool and NEVER felt that they were being a nuisance. (My kids are quite well behaved but some people dislike happy and rowdy children, which i respect, but makes me feel uncomfortable and uptight if i know) Id stay again because our stay just felt easy. Thankyou Novotel for an overall lovely experience.
