"The house was spotless with updated features, and located in a quiet little neighborhood. We loved having two separate sitting rooms and the large kitchen table! The owner provided many nice little touches (a variety of pods for the coffee maker!) and made everything so easy. We would definitely recommend."

Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again."

"I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area"
