Only one outlet inconveniently located in the farthest corner of the room. Highly recommended food, by staff, was less than mediocre. Staff was not shown how to operate the credit card terminal. "Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The staff was always kind, professional, and willing to help. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Xalapa, making it easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Hotel Nico again. Highly recommended—the perfect place to stay when visiting Xalapa!"
