We are pleased to offer you a magnificent villa near Lake Murten. It is located in a very quiet area and features 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. It is ideal for a relaxing stay or a family holiday on the shores of Lake Murten. <br><br>The house has 2 private parking spaces in front of the house. Outside, there are two terraces where you can enjoy a meal surrounded by greenery.<br><br>The villa features a large terrace with plenty of greenery. In front of the villa, there are two private parking spaces for your car.<br><br>Inside, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need. Bath linens, bed linens, kitchen linens, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. <br><br>We’re here to assist you during your stay, and if anything is missing, we’ll be happy to take your request to ensure the villa is fully equipped.<br><br>You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house, the garden, and the two parking spaces in front of the house.<br><br>The area is very quiet. There is no traffic noise.<br><br>There are two private parking spaces in front of the house. Furthermore, the train station is 600 metres from the villa. This makes it very easy to explore the region and Switzerland, and you don’t even need a car to come and stay.<br><br>There is plenty of nature and greenery around the house.<br><br>There are no additional costs apart from the tourist tax, which must be paid once the reservation has been finalised. The tourist tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays in Switzerland.
