This place is perfect. A couple of blocks from Chapultepec, walkable to many restaurants (some Michelin star), staff was wonderful and attentive, the apartment was super clean. We were comfortable and felt right at home!

Nice property, great location to visit Mexico City, easy walk to Chapultepec Park, as well as walkable to La Condesa, Roma Norte. Also after a long day, very nice roof deck was a good place to relax for a bit. Staff was friendly, felt safe and secure

Beautiful large terrace, super spacious/clean/comfortable one bed apartment, a little noisy from the main road it just sits off but still able to sleep soundly - only gripe was old fraying towels!

Quaint Boutique Hotel with few rooms if you like to stay away from massive buildings and big hotels. Only a block away from Chapultepec Park. And a few blocks from Condesa Sector with great dining places.

Recommend- great location and value!

We loved the location 2 blocks from the park entrance and walking distance to everything in Condesa and Roma. We liked the safety of having a doorman, the great rooftop to enjoy, and nice, large, clean room with comfortable bed and with a fantastic shower! A little noisy due to being close to the freeway so bring ear plugs but not too bad. Breakfast is coffee and a pastry which you can enjoy on the rooftop or take to your room. Fantastic restaurant right across the street from the hotel and a wonderful bakery too. Would absolutely stay here again. Great value!

Great stay

Beautiful apartment/hotel. Well-maintained, comfortable, convenient, and safe. It is at the northwest end of Condesa, but if you like walking, all of the restaurants, parks, and cafes are close by. The view from the rooftop terras is magnificent!

I liked that it was clean , it felt safe with having a door man . It was close to attractions in walking distance. It did have a kitchenette but I felt they should have had paper towels and a hand towel for the kitchen . Also we had to ask for extra towels and they did not have wash cloths . We also had to ask for additional toilet paper as there was only one roll in a 2 bedroom condo . Overall we had a good stay just a few suggestions on providing towels , extra blankets in a condo of that size .

The property was very clean, quiet, and safe. There is a terrace on the top floor which is a fantastic peaceful retreat at any time of day. The apartment is located in the middle of the charming sleepy neighborhood of Condesa, and the very hip and happening neighborhood of Roma is within walking distance. I would recommend V65 for anybody who wants more of an apartment-like stay.

Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65.

I like the fact this property is updated, clean, in a safe and walkable area, close to the park, provides coffee and pastries for breakfast, has a door man and a very nice rooftop terrace. The only thing I didn’t like was our room faced the street and sometimes was loud during commute.
