Nice little get away

Great place to stay. Sage neighborhood. The rooms are not as clean and they only give you one towel. I would stay here again. I just need a bed and a shower.

Excellent budget accommodations

The hotel grounds are very beautiful. The rooms are very clean. The people are very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback I saw is that the rooms have limited ventilation. It is not an issue at night to sleep, but it would help to have windows that opened partially at least. I highly recommend this hotel. You will be very happy

Is not a boutique hotel. Rooms are small and without amenities, tvs has not a channel service, no internet access, bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable. The place were used to be a a monastery, the classrooms were modified to be the rooms, the doors on these are ugly and thick... Security guy is very kind, so the administration guys.

Excelente me encanta, es acogedor y practico; ademas de que te sientes en un lugar apacible en medio de la ciudad, la unica incomodidad es tener que salir a pedir el agua caliente, eso le quita puntos a la comodidad

Buena Atención por parte del personal, las habitaciones están bien en el hotel utopía, pero en los baños pueden mejorar, tarda mucho para salir agua caliente, los precios del restaurante son exagerados… 300 pesos por 2 copas de vino Don Simón!! En la mañana hacen trabajos y se escucha el ruido exterior, creo que está bien solo para estancias cortas.

Sin señal en la televisión, la habitación con mala higiene encontré untencilios de higiene bucal usados Y restos de papel en la sala y lo peor la falta de agua caliente por la noche el agua estaba congelada

Sin 1 sola toalla en habitación

Les cuento q debía tener una estancia corta (4 horas) para decansar y seguir manejando salienndo muy temprano por lo q necesitaba lo mínimo necesario y mi sorpresa fué q a las 4 am mi habitacion no tenía ni toallas ni agua caliente.

llame porque tuve un imprevisto y no había oportunidad de que llegara a las 21 hrs nunca me contestaron, me aventure a llegar y muy amables me recibieron solo que me dieron una habitación que yo no reserve (tal vez porque no llegue en tiempo y forma) pero la habitación que me dieron, literal solo cabía la cama y un buro, la instalación es hermosa, muy buena atencion del personal, todo muy bien cuidado, muchas plantas, el único tema son esas habitaciones que supongo que eran los cuartos de los maristas en su época.

Al parecer hay 2 hoteles dentro de la quinta. Reservamos habitación para el utopía y nos dieron una habitación en el hotel express, terriblemente mala, mucho ruido, entra luz en la puerta, el agua del baño se sale por todo el cuerto. Nos cambiaron al utopía porque lo exigí de acuerdo a lo que YO reservé y la habitacion el baño lleno de pelos, sucia. En general no recomiendo se hospeden ahí. Es un engaño total.

Publicidad engañosa. Fraude

Me trataron de poner en las habitaciones Heritage que son una verdadera porquería peor que motel de paso. Su publicidad de las habitaciones premium es engañosa. Su gerente Jazmín y su recepcionista no tenían la reserva de Hoteles.Com. Sin toallas y con nulos servicio de toiletry. Lo único positivo es que es una antigua casa Marista muy bien cuidado el jardín y el restaurant que sin ser fancy es decente. El resto del lugar no merece estar en Hoteles.com Es un fraude. No asistan al hotel.
