I believe for what I paid the room was not worthy. The room its old, the walls of the bathroom needs an update. the headboard of the bed look a dirty and old. My husband and I felt the room was dirty.

My stay at the apartment was excellent. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive. Although the hot water wasn’t working on the first day, the team responded promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. I truly appreciated their professionalism and care. As a suggestion, it would be great if more apartments were equipped with air conditioning, as it can get quite hot during the day in Mexico.

We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. However, the staff responded quickly and came equipped with tools to help me get out. When we were leaving, they arranged a taxi to the airport for my son and me, and they even covered the cost related to the bathroom incident. I thought it was very kind of the manager to do that. I would like to express my gratitude and highly recommend staying at ULIV in Polanco.

The apartment is adequately furnished. However, even in winter, the sun bakes the bedrooms for most of the day, elevating the temperature all day long and making it very difficult to sleep. There is no air conditioning, and the property has only a poorly functioning fan. The area is extremely noisy all day and all night long.

La habitación es muy buena, estuvimos dos personas cómodamente y sin inconvenientes. El único detalle es que entraba mucha luz a la habitación desde muy temprano y ya no podía volver a conciliar el sueño, de ahí en fuera todo excelente, lo recomiendo.

En general todo bien , me he quedado en otras propiedades uliv y mejor comunicación, esta vez no me llego código, tuve que esperar a que recepción se comunicara, nunca llego whats, por lo que no hubo comunicación por ese medio. En las demas propiedades pasan a hacer la limpieza y en esta nada.
