Located in the heart of one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Mexico City you'll find an amazing place to spend your holidays.

The place is very clean, which I'm sure you'll appreciate. Fresh linens and towels will be provided for you as well.

Our goal is to make you feel at home and help you live this city like a local so you can enjoy everything we love about it.

The kitchen has everything you need cook. You can use the washer and dryer if needed. The house has a beautiful terrace perfect for having a glass of wine or a beer on a warm day or for catching up on emails. You can also sit back in the living room and enjoy a movie.

Condesa is the best neighbourhood in Mexico City.

You will find everything you need in walking distance.

The house is located in a beautiful street, close to everything: libraries, subway & metrobus station, parks & cafés. A couple of blocks from the best nightlife spots and the best restaurants in the City.

You will find metro and metrobus stations and ecobici (bike sharing) stations a few blocks away from the house.

You will find everything you need at a walking distance also it is safe to walk around.

Getting Around:
You will find metro and metrobus stations and ecobici (bike sharing) stations a few blocks away from the house.

Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).

*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

In addition, at the moment there is construction near the house and there will be noise during working hours. We ask for your understanding about this situation.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.

In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.

The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

We had a great stay in CDMX. The location and layout were great for our family of 12. Thank you for a great stay. The meal we had catered was delicious and the patio was a great gathering spot anytime it wasn't raining.
