Penthouse in Centro Historico with 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom & Private Terrace

  • Our penthouse apartment it's a calm oasis in the heart of the city. It has all the amenities you need and it's located within walking distance from all the main attractions of Centro Historico. It’s clean, spacious and luminous. It features a private terrace with a gorgeous view over the city, where you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee and take in the breathtaking sunsets after a long day of exploring the city.
    The apartment is newly renovated and It's located in the top floor of an award-wining historical listed Art Deco building from the 1930s. The building is one of the tallest in the area, which allows the space to receive a lot of natural light, and offers breathtaking views of the city and nature around.
    We love our home and we have paid attention to every detail in the space to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we hope you treat the apartment as you would treat your own.
    The building elevator goes up to the 6th floor, and since the apartment it's on the 8th floor, there are around 27 steps to reach the apartment.
