The room was always cleaned. And very nice people. The only thing for me was the room key. The room key was needed to move around the elevator. Sometimes the key didn’t work. The key overall was a hassle to deal with at times.

Excellent customer service by the front desk. They made our stay very pleasant and they were very attentive. We had a bad experience at another hotel outside of CDMX and when we we arrived at One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda it was amazing to be greeted by our name. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to meet other travelers. Thank you for making us feel like at home.

I am glad I stayed here. The location is so convenient, close to metro and bus stations. The Palacio de Bellas Artes is just 3 minutes walk away. There is a door man 24/7. I feel completely safe. There are plenty of restaurant options just one block away. Would totally come back again.
