This is my second time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the same experience as before. The room itself was fine, but the bed was not clean at all — just like last time. I had to ask for the bed linens to be changed again. The bathroom only has the bare minimum, and the towels are old and gray. The hotel really needs to improve on cleanliness and basic amenities.
