So much good to say about this place and this stay!The basics: Seemingly new apartment, great location, everything works, no surprises, great communication with owner/manager.I was honestly stunned at the pristine condition of the unit. Stone floors, great kitchen, PLENTY of room, comfy bed, nice fully functional shower, washer-dryer combo that works without fuss, easy and secure entry to building (code) and unit (key). This would be an attractive and welcome place to stay in any city.The location is a short walk to many places to eat and grab a coffee or just chill in the park. The street is tree-lined and has a central walking path as well. Uber will get you anywhere else you need to go. The neighborhood is great.Communication with the host was prompt and efficient. Instructions about entry, garbage, internet, etc., were all front and center and easy to understand. Questions were answered promptly.In short - I loved this stay and will definitely stay here again should it be available.
