The apartment is centrally located on Av. Chapultepec, with easy access to main avenues like Insurgentes and Reforma.

The area is highly walkable, so you can reach many cafés, restaurants, and points of interest on foot.

Getting around is also easy with Uber, bikes, and public transportation nearby, connecting you quickly to the rest of the city.
We want everyone to enjoy the same quality and experience. To make that possible, please follow these rules:

1) Damages, missing items & replacement charges

Any damage or missing items during your stay may result in an additional charge to repair or replace the affected item (based on actual cost). Here are estimated reference amounts:

Towel: $15–$25 USD each

Bath towel (large): $20–$35 USD each

Sheet set: $55–$100 USD

Duvet/comforter: $70–$150 USD

Pillow: $25–$50 USD each

Glass/wine glass: $10–$20 USD each

Plate/bowl: $10–$25 USD each

Kitchen utensil (knife/spatula, etc.): $12–$45 USD

Pot/pan: $35–$150 USD

Remotes/cables: $25–$90 USD

If specialized repair or full replacement is required, we will charge the actual cost with supporting evidence (receipt/quote).

2) No pets policy

Pets are not allowed without prior approval.

Unauthorized pet: $500 USD

3) No parties / no loud gatherings

This is a residential building. Parties or events are not allowed without approval.

Unauthorized party/gathering or noise complaints: $500 USD

4) No smoking indoors

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in unauthorized areas.

Smoking in unauthorized areas: $250 USD
(includes deodorizing / deep cleaning costs if applicable)

5) On-time check-out

Please respect the stated check-out time.

Unauthorized late check-out: $300 USD
(due to cleaning rescheduling and impact on the next reservation)
