Located in the heart of Roma Norte, this brand new 7 bedroom, 6 full bathroom home is truly one of a kind. This is the only home where you will find an AC in each bedroom and 6 full spacious bathrooms with hot water and hotel amenities.

Another unique feature, your own private Jacuzzi for hosting and relaxing.

The house has multiple living rooms and a rooftop with custom built dining table, mini bar with TV perfect for families and groups looking to share quality time together.

This is the most luxurious home located in the heart of Roma Norte, walking distance to all of the best bars, restaurants, cafes, and parks.

The house boasts 7 large bedrooms each with a king size bed. In 6 of the bedrooms, you have a choice to split the king beds into two single beds allowing for a combination of 7 to 13 total beds for a capacity of 14 people.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed ONLY
Bedrooms 2-7: 1 King bed OR 2 Single Beds

All Bedrooms come with brand new AC units, closet space and safe.

6 of the 7 bedrooms have a full large bathroom with hot water, strong water pressure and ample space to get ready.

Perfect Location & Great For Large Groups

We had an awesome time at this property. The property is walking distance to both La Condesa and La Roma Norte. Also, its great for large groups as everyone gets their own bedroom and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Highly recommend using the property's concierge service they offer.

Amazing location and home!

The experience overall was great! Ray and Ariane were super communicative throughout the process and provided us with everything we needed. The property has 4 floors total and you’d have to be physically mobile to enjoy the property. Otherwise, great experience overall and I highly recommend!

The place was generally great. There were a couple minor things that we could overlook (e.g., no hot water in the kitchen sink, fairly aggressive ‘outreach’ re: paid concierge services, hard time ‘finding’ the hot water in our showers, etc). However what was an absolute surprise was the very loud construction happening throughout the day on the house directly next door, which does not look to be close to being finished this year. If you plan on being out all day, this should not be an issue but we found it to be very disruptive to our (not so) quiet enjoyment of the house. They did, at least, ask us our preference between construction noise from 8-5 or 9-6 so we opted for the latter.
