The location was excellent. The doormen were always nice. The place was spacious and comfortable. My only comment would be to be careful upon entering and exiting the shower. And, breakfast buffet was not as desirable as I had imagined it would be. Ask for a carry out cup with a top. Hopefully they’ll have it by then!

We travel to Mexico City every other month and always stay at this outstanding hotel. It has large rooms, all split between a spacious bedroom and living room/dining room , exceptional beds and bedding (with duvet), large bathroom and shower (the 2 bedroom units have one bath with a tub) and kitchen with dining table, full plates and utensils. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. While there is no restaurant, there are wonderful dining options within very short walking distance (who wants their meals in a hotel anyway with all the wonderful restaurants in Mexico City!). There is free morning coffee/tea, juice and baked goods in the lobby. The roof top terrace is ample and comfortable for relaxing. We feel like coming home at this wonderful hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, coffee shops. Friendly and helpful staff from the cleaning staff, security guards to the administration. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect for our family of four where we could have breakfast in the morning. It was really clean, functional and tastefully decorated. We also appreciated the breakfast food offered on the main floor: yogourts, pastries, fruit and coffee. Thank you for this great stay. We are looking forward to coming back!

Very friendly staff and safe establishment. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. You could hear other occupants above you at times, but never at times when I would be trying to sleep. Quite neighbourhood otherwise.

The location was great, we felt the upkeep of the unit was not according to what we paid. Bathrooms smelled bad and linens in one of the beds were not clean. We did ask for an air freshner because of the bad smell of water and linens were immediately changed. Staff were very nice.
