Property was beautiful but did not have any onsite management. Although there were employees at the front desk, the booking for my condo was through the app. And the desk was not able to help with issues.

Make sure you get the confirmation from the host and the door code ahead of time. The front desk staff does not know how to search for them and each unit is a different host and they each use different random 3rd party services so communication is very difficult and will not be through Expedia. My check-in was over 30min and I’m fluent in Spanish, another French citizen with his whole family speaking some Spanish had been there for 1 hr. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the difficulty checking in and every single follow-up thing took hours or even days, such as the remote control, someone dropped it off at the front desk but didn’t alert staff, whom also didn’t bother reading a post-it note on it. Door to room is thin and hallway is loud you can hear everyone opening/closing doors and talking, to the point host provided earplugs, I was concerned about traffic noise, but the hallway was much louder. The bed is a small queen Murphy bed. Also no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer, I didn’t know the machine turns off and takes a very long time to unlock bc the machine it still hot inside, so I was about to leave without my clothes bc I couldn’t get it open for over 30min! Good location, but you can get better service/communication for the same at an actual hotel.

Mandaron las instrucciones de llegada muy tarde. No mencionan que es un departamento sin zona de recepción que apoye. Había tapones para los oídos usados bajo la cama. No hubo agua el primer día. Pedí botellas de agua por eso mismo, y me dijeron que no estaba en su política.
