The hotel is in a very convenient location. Located near Reforma, within walking distance to La Alameda and the historic downtown area. It is accessibile by metrobus, and other public transportation. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Martha, evening restaurant waitstaff, was extremely friendly, helpful and definitely a woman of her word. The arrachero sandwhich was delicious.
