Staff is very sweet. Hotel provides water bottles during daily room cleaning and front desk had apples available one night lol. The hotel at the lobby was great and convenient after a long day. Area is walking distance to simi cafe and places around angel de la independencia. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is nice and the room were clean and comfortable. The only issue was there is a dog's park very close so be prepared to hear them bark early in the morning and late at night. (of course it's not the property's fault). If you do not mind the barking then the place is perfect and super close to major point of interests in CDMX.

Positives: Great location, clean room, hot water, great water pressure. Negatives: AC didn't work, when I told staff they made some remarks in Spanish they thought I didn't understand. Two rooms, one with working AC one without, promised to move us, didn't. Promised to fix it, didn't.
