Too loud in the room to actually get any sleep even with headphones in. Clean room, compfy bed, spacious, sounded like we were on the highway before including all the patying from other rooms.
Cleaning: There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign available, but in the 2nights I was there cleaning did not enter. Earlier reviews suggested it was a "by-the-hour" hotel and sold condoms, etc., but I saw no evidence of that. Accomodations were clean and comfortable, the free breakfast and other meals at the restaurant were very good with good service.
Staff was quite friendly, but property was bad. Not great area, horrible room that smelled, was dirty and literally on the highway. No a/c or fan. Very bad.
Reception staff couldn't care less if you are there waiting or not. To be fair, some of the ladies were friendly enough but you always remember the ones who ignored you or treated you badly.
I was given a room facing the main road. It felt it had no windows and the noise was just too loud. I tried to get another room as we would be staying over there for 5 nights. The lady behind the reception just gave me a "no" without even looking up. Later that day when we came back and I spoke to the manager, he kindly changed our rooms to a quieter area.
There are some other types of noise as well. I won't go into too much detail but the walls are very thin and this hotel is known for its hourly rates for couples.
Breakfast was ok and breakfast staff were friendly but they do not listen, no matter how many times you tell them that you do not want cheese on your dish.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We had to book this hotel due to a cancellation of our other booking, and it was not our first choice. Our original room was very noisy facing a busy intersection on the 1st floor. They moved us to another room off of the street which was slightly quieter. The rooms had no ventilation, no fans, no heat or A/C. The only option was to open the unscreened window and allow even more noise in. The room was very dated with large mirrors(cracked) on the walls, and few available plugs, none at bedside. The walls are very thin and the neighboring rooms on both sides could be heard clearly. TV's, toilets, showers, conversations, etc. No fridge, coffee pot, or anything else you would find at a standard hotel. We had to get ice from the bar downstairs, and were charged extra for it. There was 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay so we had to ask for more. No extra towels, soap, or toiletries were on hand or offered. There was a sex toy menu in the bedside table which led us to the conclusion that we were staying in a hotel used for "adult' activities. This was confirmed by the coming and going of escorts. The only positives for this hotel was it's short walk to a metro station, and the friendly servers in the restaurant.
La habitacion es agradable pero el colchón es demasiado duro, no fue posible conciliar bien el sueño debido a eso.
No se incluyo el desayuno que mencionaron en la publicación y el calor estaba fuerte y no hay ventiladores.
