I booked thru Expedia, got my confirmation number, but once I got to the hotel they said they didn’t have any reservation. I wasn’t the only person there with the same problem. If they see that it’s happening with a lot of potential customers why don’t they (Mallorca hotel) call Expedia and tell them that they don’t have any rooms available? It really sucks because it was a long flight, and we had to go thru that and to top it off we still had to find some where eles to stay. Very frustrating.

This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

Mi esposa tenía una reserva de dos noches. El hotel no la registró hasta las 23:00. No había agua en la habitación. Se fue por la mañana. No ha habido respuesta a su solicitud de reembolso. Pésimo hotel. My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.

The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. That it was MY PROBLEM and the company I booked in with. Person in charge was rude along with the staff. Also Expedia didn't want to help me with the problem.

Debo decir aquí que el personal de administración del hotel y de mantenimiento son amables y hacen todo lo posible para que uno esté a gusto a pesar de las circunstancias desfavorables. La habitación que me dieron inicialmente estaba atascada, con el piso del baño que se ve que no lo habían lavado. Después me cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba menos sucia. Sin embargo, tarde 50 minutos en poderme bañar porque el agua caliente no funcionaba bien y las sábanas estaban atascadas. Pedí nuevas sábanas, las cuales jamás cambiaron y por eso me movieron a una habitación en el piso de arriba. Esa habitación estaba mucho mejor con la salvedad de del baño salía un olor a caño.
