Room keycard failed multiple times, door banged in the wind if window for fresh air open, no chair in room although long desk area, construction noise, fire alarm beeped as battery needed replacing in restaurant for all 3 days of stay. A food desert. Best thing was location as close to National Archive.

Good staff service. No air conditioning in the room and you have to pay 200 pesos MX every time you use the ironing board (also was in a bad condition). In addition, you have to paid for the hair blower. Unsafe surroundings.

A surprisingly good stay for the last-minute price of about $41 plus tax. Old. But nicely restored and in pretty good condition.

The hotel room was very basic. No chair, no in room coffee, no blow dryer. It was new and clean.

Check in was great Based on reviews we were a little nervous before we got here bit on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. Park across the street from hotel is beautiful. Room nice and clean

Please don’t book at this hotel. I had the worst experience in my life. it’s a fraud hotel, they have a picture of Other building that is not theirs on the Expedia website. And that’s why I book with them, believing that that was their hotel. it is an unsafe neighborhood. And it is about 20 minutes to the Zócalo from their hotel.

Good Hotel - if you can get a quiet room.
The hotel is great for the price. Service is generally good- except for one big problem. The hotel has rooms that face into the private parking area (quiet) - or towards the streets(noisy). Only ventilation is an open window. So I always ask when making my reservation for a room facing the parking. When I arrive, they have no idea about my request. I tried to talk to them about how to better reserve a room facing the parking in the future. I got no help. I’ve stayed here many times, and this time after 3 to 4 calls to the reception my room was changed to one facing the parking. So all in all it was great, but it seems like a lot of unnecessary work and I don’t like feeling that I have to be pushy, insistent. It’s more challenging because my Spanish is not great.

The bed is big, staffs are friendly. It's close to manything and quiet handy The negative part there was only one power point and it was next to the basin. TV wasn't working properly.

It is a very dirty hotel, I got an eye infection in the middle of the night I woke up with a terrible itch and I saw that the pillows were vomited for days and they covered it with the pillowcase. I do not recommend it ever is super dirty bathroom and carpet.

Disappointing experience. I had originally booked room for 2 adults and my 2 yr old. Last minute travel add on was my adult daughter. At check-in they charged me for the extra adult, which I can completely understand, another adult generates additional work. However, when it came to asking for additional towels, pillows and toilet paper the housekeeping lady was so bothered by it. Her attitude was rude and her face expression seemed aggravated by the request. If they were charging additional fees for the extra adult I would expect to have extra or enough of everything that is needed in the room.They room they placed me in was right next to a street lighting pole which shined the window all night long. The shower door was broken and the bathroom floor got flooded. We’d have to wait before the next person could shower. I did speak to front desk and they did send the maintenance guy ( he was so polite unlike the housekeeper). They at least tried to fix that. I had booked from 12-08 to 12-13, I left two days earlier. The front staff was polite but not really helpful. When I checked out one of the staff members offered to change my room but it was too late I had already made another reservation at another hotel. The property seemed beautiful and well maintained but once you get there it’s not what you expect. The publicity photos are enhanced to look more appealing but it a complete disappointment.

The personal was great but the rooms had a bad smell and the mattress were really hard, they also started remodeling and we weren’t able to have breakfast the last day we were in the hotel plus the remodeling was all night long and there was lots of noise so we couldn’t sleep right.

Really good free breakfast, really clean and sweet workers. Recommend if you wanna be near the airport. It was about a 10 min drive from there

Bien ubicada para el punto donde teníamos que asistir. La gente que se hospeda ahí tiene muy poca educación y respeto por los otros. No hubo una noche que durmiéramos bien por el ruido tanto de la calle como de los otros huéspedes, portazos y gritos todo el tiempo. Los encargados ni se inmutaron a callar a los escandalosos y pedir respeto para los otros. No volveríamos a ir nunca. La cafetería solo ofrece desayuno así qué hay que arreglárselas para la comida y cena y en los alrededores no hay opciones de donde consumir alimentos. Lo único bueno es la panadería que está a un costado del hotel.
